Job summary

A healthcare services company in Johannesburg seeks an IT Support professional to provide technical assistance to end users. Key responsibilities include resolving helpdesk tickets, maintaining the IT network, and setting up hardware. Candidates must hold a Matric Certificate and possess A+ and N+ certifications, along with at least one year's experience in IT Support. Strong communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft and Linux are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT Support.
  • Experience in hardware, operating, and application systems.
  • General experience in Linux and Windows.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support to end users: Resolve helpdesk tickets within SLA.
  • Provide telephonic and remote support.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks.
  • Maintain IT network.
  • Set up hardware.
  • Install and maintain cabling.
  • Set up new networks.

Job description
Responsibilities

Working hours


  • Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00

  • Shift work 07:00–14:00

  • Standby shifts
