System Administration and Support (30%)

Implement automation tools to streamline IT operations and report on ticket categorisation monthly. Ensure all cybersecurity procedures and processes are followed. Coordinate collaboration between the security engineer and the compliance team for all internal and external security and IT audits, resolving any non‑compliance findings.
