Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments, conducting periodic reviews and assessments to ensure alignment with financial goals and risk management strategies.
• Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact investment opportunities or portfolio performance, providing timely insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as legal, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of investment transactions and adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Implement effective marketing strategies and network development activities to enhance brand visibility and attract investment opportunities.
• Conduct thorough viability studies on prospective companies to evaluate their financial health, market position, and potential for investment.
• Develop and refine financial models to assess investment opportunities, and prepare detailed investment reports presenting findings and recommendations.
• Lead negotiations and structure investment projects with targeted entities to achieve favorable terms, mitigate risks, and optimize investment returns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field (., BCom).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business investment or investment structuring.
