About the Role

We’re looking for an Intermediate Product Manager to join our dynamic product organization and take ownership of one or more product areas within our portfolio.

As an Intermediate Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving product outcomes (from discovery to delivery) ensuring that our products deliver measurable value to customers and the business. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Designers, Engineers, and cross‑functional partners to define strategy, manage execution, and continuously improve the product experience.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management skills, and a deep interest in understanding customers and building scalable, impactful products.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and customer needs.
  • Translate business objectives into clear product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives that balance innovation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Discovery & Definition
  • Lead product discovery efforts with cross‑functional teams to validate problems and test hypotheses.
  • Translate insights from customer feedback, data, and research into actionable product requirements.
  • Define epics, features, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
Delivery & Execution
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release cycles.
  • Balance competing priorities, ensuring alignment between business goals, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
  • Track product development progress, identify risks, and proactively manage dependencies.
  • Ensure smooth rollout and post‑release evaluation of new features or enhancements.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor product performance against KPIs and leverage insights to inform iteration.
  • Partner with Analytics and Operations to evaluate product impact and optimize user experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of product processes, documentation, and collaboration practices.

Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a tech‑driven organization.
  • Proven experience owning the end‑to‑end product lifecycle – from discovery through delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience collaborating with design, engineering, and operations teams to deliver products at scale.
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical constraints is advantageous.
  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
