Job summary

A financial services company is seeking an Insure Adviser Assistant to provide underwriting assistance focused on personal and commercial lines business. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, preparing quotations, and issuing policies while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a BCom degree, not more than 2 years of experience, and skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Completed BCom Degree (Preferably majoring in Information Systems, Analytics and Investment Planning/Risk Management) or BCom (Economics) / NQF4/5 in Short Term Insurance.
  • No more than 2 years experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong technical and administrative skills.
  • FAIS Compliant and completed supervision.
