We are seeking Sales Consultants to join a dynamic sales team.
The role involves converting qualified leads into sales, providing tailored insurance solutions, and delivering excellent customer service.
Consultants will operate in a high-volume, target-driven environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while consistently achieving sales goals.
Salary : R per month plus commission.
Duties and Responsibilities: Lead Conversion: Contact potential clients from leads provided. Present and explain insurance products, tailoring solutions to client needs. Generate quotes and follow up to convert inquiries into sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Address queries professionally and promptly. Accurately record interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to achieve collective goals.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with FSCA regulations, FAIS requirements, and company policies. Remain updated on industry standards and regulatory changes.
Minimum Requirements: Matric Certificate. RE5 qualification. FAIS compliance (e.g., NQF5 in Wealth Management). At least 2 years' proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets in a call centre environment. Insurance or financial services industry experience will be advantageous.
Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing ability. Results-driven, with proven resilience in a high-pressure environment. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Professional, client-focused, and able to work independently and in a team.
