CTC per annum Performance-Based Bonus

A JSE-listed Short-Term Insurance company is seeking a Client Services Executive to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing policies, managing high-value client accounts, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric with an A-grade average specifically in Mathematics.
  • BA or BCom degree.
  • Bilingual Afrikaans and English.
  • Excellent academic record in both Matric and tertiary studies.
  • Computer literate with strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain client policies.
  • Handle policy renewals and amendments efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional service to high-value key accounts.
  • Act as a primary liaison for high-net-worth clients ensuring their needs are met promptly.
  • Perform general administration tasks to support client servicing.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
