Overview

Role: Insurance Administrative Assistant

Location: Remote

Full-time: 3pm - 11pm

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for insurance policies, claims, and client accounts.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain insurance documents, applications, and correspondence.
  • Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Manage databases and ensure accurate data entry of client and policy information.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and professional support.
  • Support brokers and account managers with day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an insurance or related administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, terminology, and processes.
