Your Core Mandate: Full‑Cycle Instructional Design Ownership
You will lead the creation of a world‑class L'D ecosystem, ensuring our creative talent is proficient in generating media that drives tangible metrics like Click‑Through Rate (CTR) and Conversion Rate (CVR).
I. Curriculum Analysis & Design
- Performance Needs Assessment: Partner with Creative Operations and leadership to conduct thorough analyses, identifying specific skill and knowledge gaps related to modern E‑commerce creative best practices.
- Design Blueprints: Own the instructional design process (ADDIE) from concept to execution. Design detailed blueprints, storyboards, and scripts for complex, project‑based learning simulations.
- Objective‑Driven Learning: Define clear, measurable, and relevant learning objectives that directly correspond to technical skill mastery and desired business outcomes (e.g., increased ad creative quality score).
- Focus Areas: Short‑Form Video production, Conversion‑Focused Graphic Design, and adherence to platform‑specific algorithm rules and technical specifications.
II. Development & Production
- Blended Learning Content: Develop and deploy engaging, scalable content across multiple modalities:
- Interactive E‑Learning Modules: Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/Storyline) for foundational theory and process training.
- Scenario‑Based Training: Create realistic, challenging project briefs simulating client work.
- Video Tutorials & Demos: Script, record, and edit high‑quality tutorials demonstrating mastery of key creative software: Canva Pro, CapCut, Adobe Express, and Meta Business Suite.
- Certification & Assessment: Design and manage a robust certification pathway and assessment matrix that validates practical skills and theoretical knowledge before talent is deployed to clients.
III. Implementation, Evaluation & Iteration
- Virtual Facilitation: Lead engaging virtual workshops and hands‑on training sessions, acting as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for creative quality and technical excellence.
- Data‑Driven Evaluation: Implement a comprehensive evaluation strategy (including Kirkpatrick's Levels) to track the effectiveness of training materials against business performance metrics (e.g., tracking the CVR of trained vs. untrained teams).
- Agile Updates: Maintain a continuous process for auditing and updating the creative curriculum based on platform changes, algorithm updates, and client feedback to ensure evergreen relevance.
What We Require: The Skillset for this ID Role
We need a proven Instructional Designer who is also an expert in the mechanics of high‑performing digital content.
Expertise Area non‑negotiable requirement:
- Instructional Design & Theory – 2+ Years of formal experience (Corporate L&D/Talent Development). Expert command of adult learning theory and full‑cycle ID methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
- Content Creation Proficiency – Exceptional, demonstrated ability to create, edit, and strategically manage high‑quality short‑form video and static graphics specifically for paid social media advertising and E‑commerce.
- Technical ID Fluency – Expertise in using an industry‑standard LMS and professional authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
- E-commerce & Metrics Alignment – A clear understanding of how instructional design decisions influence critical E‑commerce metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS).
- Virtual Coaching & Communication – Superior verbal, written, and virtual presentation skills, with proven ability to deliver structured, actionable critique and complex technical instructions to a remote, global audience.
