Responsibilities
  • Generate quotes, project setups, sales leads, and bid documentation with accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage and update CRM data to ensure all customer information is current and complete
  • Support Account Representatives with client communications and order management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through proactive engagement
  • Evaluate bids, collect vendor quotes, and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Prepare reports and maintain organized records of correspondence and sales activity
  • Collaborate with teammates during meetings, training sessions, and team initiatives
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, inside sales, or customer service within a commercial or industrial setting
  • At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, administration, or customer support
  • Strong mathematical and analytical ability with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively under pressure
