Description

We are seeking a Technical Consultant / Senior Infrastructure Engineer with experience in Product Implementation, supporting client-facing projects and BAU operations. The role involves 4th line support for technologies including Windows Server 2019+, O365/Azure, SCCM/SCOM, PowerShell, and Cloud services such as AWS and Azure. The position is based in Warrington and is office-based.

Ideal candidates will have a background in Infrastructure & Product Implementation and be prepared to bring their expertise to a hybrid role involving both consultancy and escalation support. You will lead a team of 1st/2nd line engineers and handle complex 3rd/4th line queries, with approximately 60% project work and 40% support.

Key skills include Windows Server 2016/2019, O365/M365, Active Directory, Azure/AWS, SCCM/SCOM, PowerShell, and SharePoint. Virtualization experience with VMware or Hyper-V is beneficial. Cloud experience with AWS or Azure is preferred but not mandatory. Training on client-specific software products will be provided during onboarding.

The role encompasses product, server, network, and application support, along with solution implementation. You will work closely with external clients and internal stakeholders, including C-Level executives, providing advice and ensuring optimal system utilization. You will own certain systems and platforms, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
