Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in IT, with at least 3–5 years in the hospitality industry.

Proven experience supporting:

• Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Back-office and finance systems

Strong knowledge of:

• Network infrastructure, servers, firewalls, and cloud systems
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 / Microsoft Azure
• Cybersecurity best practices and data protection
• Backup systems and disaster recovery planning
• Wi‑Fi systems, IPTV, telephony, and smart room technologies
