Job summary

A leading industrial automation solutions supplier is seeking a Semiskilled Refrigeration Technician in Cape Town. Responsibilities include repairs and installations of refrigeration systems, completing service reports, and collaborating with service partners. Candidates should have a Refrigeration Qualification, at least 1 year of experience in the field, and a valid driver’s license. The position requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field.
• Working knowledge of refrigeration products.
• Experience using electrical meters and troubleshooting.
• Previous field service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service reports and communicate with relevant persons.
• Install, service, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning.
• Understand customer requirements and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate and work well with Service Partners.
