Qualifications

  • Must be familiar with Active Directory and complex networking troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of system architecture and OS performance is crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incident response recovery efforts from start to finish.
  • Conduct daily update calls and manage associated reporting.
  • Use ticketing systems to track project tasks.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical inquiries.

Previous experience leading a technical team
Knowledge of Office / Azure cloud services
Knowledge of Active Directory
Knowledge of complex networking troubleshooting
Broad understanding of operating systems
Advanced OS troubleshooting skills

Experience troubleshooting ingress/egress issues
