This role involves collaborating with Senior Leadership to deliver effective hiring solutions and build an in-house recruitment team. Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of in-house recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in high-volume hiring. This role will sit at Head Office and work closely with Senior Leadership to deliver strategic and operational hiring outcomes within a fast-paced, forward-thinking and meritocratic environment.
