Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in an in-house legal environment.
• Exposure to commercial and/or corporate law.
• Working knowledge of the Companies Act and King IV principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to executives on corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Monitor compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements.
