Our organisation is looking for a Senior People Lead to drive strategic people initiatives.

As a People Lead, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading the design and execution of people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to drive performance, capability development, and talent engagement.
  • Supporting organisational transformation through change management and workforce planning.
  • Embeding a high-performance culture that reflects our client and business values.
  • Guiding the People team to deliver best-in-class HR support to leaders and operational teams
What are we looking for?

To qualify for this role, you should have:

  • 8+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic leadership role. with minimum 3 years in a management/leadership.
  • Strong background in Retail or FMCG environments preferrable.
  • Proven expertise in talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Relevant HR/Business degree (CIPD or equivalent certification is advantageous).
  • Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
