We are seeking a detail-oriented and resilient HR Administrator to provide comprehensive support across recruitment, onboarding, employee wellness, and HR operations. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Minimum Requirements
  • Post-matric HR qualification
  • Approximately 2 years HR experience
  • Strong computer literacy (SAP experience advantageous but not essential)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source and shortlist candidates for vacant positions
  • Update hiring statuses on the recruitment tracking system (SAP)
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes
  • Coordinate Digital Recruitment Days

Learning & Development

  • Assist with the compilation of the Work Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR)
  • Assist in Employment Equity Committee activities

HR Operations

  • Serve as Junior PBP for interns and smaller departments
  • Coordinate employee benefit activities (pension fund, medical aid)
  • Support employee wellness initiatives (ICAS)
  • Provide general HR support to employees

Administration & Systems

  • Process invoices on SAP
  • Load new vendors on the WeBuy system
  • Coordinate P&O teambuilding activities
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management
