Responsibilities

  • Ensure HR onboarding packs are ready before new staff start.
  • Conduct HR onboarding during the first week.
  • Enhance the onboarding process through initiatives.
  • Oversee wellness initiatives by the HR department.
  • Seek interventions to improve wellness.
  • Manage performance and develop leadership coaching.
  • Participate in operational transformation efforts.
  • Facilitate team effectiveness and ensure compliance with Labour Relations policies.
  • Support employee relations processes.
  • Advise on industrial relations matters.
  • Manage maternity documentation when needed.
  • Update Electronic Staff Files with all details.
  • Keep policies and procedures current with legislation.
  • Draft employment confirmation letters as requested.
  • Assist with full recruitment process as needed.

Role Overview

  • Confirmation of Employment letters to be drafted as and when requested by staff
  • Assist with the full end to end recruitment upon advisement of HOP
