TB HIV Care (THC), in existence since 1929, is an internationally recognised non‑profit organisation. These incumbents will provide HIV and TB counselling and testing to transgender people in compliance with the Department of Health’s and the project's HIV and TB service profile and reporting requirements. They will also support community‑based HIV Testing Services (HTS), working closely with the Outreach Teams. The HST Counsellor is responsible for providing HIV/AIDS testing and counselling. The HST Counsellor also renders psychosocial support counselling and continued adherence support for participants
