Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures specific to the mining industry
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes for positions within the mining sector
  • Develop and implement training programs for mining employees
  • Manage employee relations and handle employee grievances
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employment in the mining industry
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee files
  • Provide HR support to managers and employees in the mining sector
  • Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews for mining employees
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR practices are aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Keep up-to-date with developments in the mining industry and adjust HR practices accordingly
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field
  • Previous experience working in HR within the mining industry
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in the mining sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
