A leading international supplier in South Africa is seeking an HR Officer to join their HR team. This role involves managing talent acquisition, providing employee relations support, and ensuring compliance with HR legislation. The ideal candidate will have a National Diploma or Degree in HR and a minimum of 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience. Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office are essential. We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and results-oriented HR Officer to join our HR team.
The role will report to the HR Manager and will be based at our offices in Spartan, Kempton Park, Johannesburg.
The HR Officer provides comprehensive support across all core HR functions.
The role focuses on labour relations, talent acquisition, payroll support, skills development and employment equity, while ensuring compliance with legislation, MEIBC requirements and internal policies.
It strengthens operational HR delivery and supports managers with consistent, accurate and timely HR services.
National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Strong understanding of HR legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA, OHSA, MEIBC Main Agreement).
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (SAGE and Workday).
