Job description

Our expanding client in Maitland, Cape Town is looking for an HR Manager with 5+ years' experience handling at least 100 staff. The ideal candidate will have strong managerial and leadership qualities and have a no-nonsense attitude. You will need to be able to work Mon - Sat and start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations for a workforce of 100+ employees
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies (attendance, uniforms, sign-in/out procedures)
• Drive employee engagement and maintain discipline across all departments
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and staff development programs
• Provide guidance to supervisors and team leaders on HR best practices
• Handle conflict resolution and enforce workplace standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ HR management experience
• Proven ability to lead and manage large teams
• Strong managerial and leadership qualities with a firm, assertive approach
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain authority
• Immediately available
• Working Hours: 06:00 - 15:00 (Mon - Fri) + 06:00 - 10:00 (Sat)
• Valid driver's license and own reliable, transport
