Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Gqeberha is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will manage the recruitment cycle, facilitate the onboarding process, and oversee HR administration. They will need a Grade 12 education and an HR qualification, along with 2-5 years of HR experience. Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment cycle of new employees.
  • Facilitate on-boarding process for new employees.
  • Administration of contracts and documentation.
  • Process terminations and internal transfers.
  • Act as point of contact for employee queries.
  • Maintain accurate Employee staff list.
