Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR generalist roles providing services to Line Managers.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexible to travel within the country to provide support across sites.

• Provide expert HR operational support across South Africa.
• Advocate HR programs and manage rollouts.
• Support talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives.
• Coordinate performance processes and action plans.
• Manage disciplinary and grievance processes constructively.
