A leading telecommunications firm is seeking a HR Business Partner – Generalist for a 6-month contract based in Gauteng, South Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to enhance performance and employee engagement. Applicants must possess a relevant qualification and have 5-8 years of generalist HR experience including interactions with senior leadership. This role focuses on defining and delivering strategic HR initiatives.
Our client in the Telecommunication Services sector is seeking a HR Business Partner – Generalist on a contract duration of 6 months.
Role purpose: The role of the Human Resources Business Partner is responsible to create an enabling environment to drive performance and employee engagement across the business areas by partnering with business leaders to define and implement relevant and appropriate People plans.
Provide HR Business Partnering to Leadership teams.
Facilitate the delivery of the strategic HR priorities, through defining an appropriate strategy to deployment the people plan and partner with business leadership in the execution of the plan.
The key focus will amongst others include but not limited to organisation effectiveness, talent management & building capabilities.
Bringing the Human element to Technology while supporting sound business decisions.
