This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions while providing exceptional administrative support to the HR department.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure compliance and a positive experience.
  • Maintain HRIS and employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with payroll processing and the administration of employee benefits.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
