BS-1—Job Title: HR / Administration Manager

Location: Pretoria (Brooklyn)

A leading financial services sales organisation has an opportunity for a dynamic HR / Administration Manager to join its Sales Division in Pretoria.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role through effective employee relations, talent acquisition and training HR strategy, and executive administrative support.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Performance Management: Design and oversee performance frameworks, ensuring KPIs are aligned with divisional sales targets and company strategy.
  • Talent & Training: Manage recruitment, onboarding and development initiatives for the sales division. Track and evaluate training and coaching effectiveness.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Implement fair and consistent disciplinary processes and ensure adherence to labour legislation. Resolve grievances promptly and effectively.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, process payroll inputs (including commissions and bonuses), and ensure compliance across all employee documentation.
  • Executive Administration: Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Executive, including reporting, scheduling and office coordination.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR or HR/Administration experience, preferably within a sales-focused or call centre environment.
  • Proven experience in performance management, recruitment, and disciplinary processes.
  • Strong knowledge of South African labour law and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
