Job description

Our client, a boutique high‑end hotel located in the Cape Town City Centre area, is seeking an experienced Hotel Stock Controller to join their team as soon as possible.

This role is responsible for stock control across the entire hotel operation and requires a candidate who is organised, detail focused, and experienced within a hotel environment.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with relevant departments regarding stock requirements
• Maintaining effective stock control processes

Requirements

• South African ID
• Grade 12
• MUST be based in Cape Town
• 2–3 years proven experience as a Stock Controller within a hotel environment
• Hotel background experience is essential and non‑negotiable
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Own reliable transport
