Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Treasury or Investment Banking within complex organisations.
• 5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience with Development Finance Institutions (DFI) is an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in PFMA, Exchange Control, and Treasury regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation of a cost-effective funding strategy.
• Coordinate execution of the Board-approved funding plan.
• Develop and manage funding and risk hedging structures.
• Advise on financial market risks and legal implications.

Treasury / Investment Banking experience

Leadership experience

Experience in Corporate Governance
