A leading technology services company is looking for a Head of Solutions, Architecture and Implementation in Pretoria. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Turn the CTO's technology strategy into practical, scalable solutions.
• Design and implement enterprise architectures across cloud, hybrid and on-prem environments.
• Lead solution delivery and integrations with multiple vendors and technology platforms.
• Ensure all solutions meet governance and compliance standards (ITIL, ISO, POPIA, etc.).
• Align solutions with the business service delivery and ITSM frameworks.
• Drive automation using DevOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Introduce AI-driven automation, advanced monitoring and observability tools.
• Manage risks, security and data protection across all implementations.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure performance and delivery standards are met.
• Measure and report on solution performance and continuous improvement.
