The Role

You’ll own SEO strategy, execution, and team development.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll guide specialists, optimize campaigns, and help shape our agency’s future.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for local clients
• Lead, mentor, and train SEO specialists
• Manage backlink budgets and digital PR campaigns
• Oversee technical audits, on-page optimization, and keyword research
• Build content strategies and Google Business Profile optimization plans
• QA deliverables and create performance reports for clients
• Test new tactics, analyze results, and share insights with the team
• Collaborate with founder and team leads

What You Bring

• 5+ years in SEO and 2+ years leading teams
• Proven results ranking local businesses
• Strong technical SEO skills (site structure, Core Web Vitals, schema, indexing)
• Experience managing backlink budgets and PR outreach campaigns
• Deep knowledge of local SEO, GBP, and map pack strategy
• Proficiency with SemRush, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, and GTM
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Comfortable using AI for troubleshooting and efficiency
• Strategic problem-solver with a collaborative, team-first approach
