About the Role

This newly created role marks a critical step in evolving the finance function beyond transactional excellence into strategic business partnering. As Head of FP&A, you’ll establish the frameworks, insights and processes that help leadership understand profitability, cost of sales, and operational performance — across staff and subcontractors.

Working closely with the CFO and executive team, you’ll bring structure and insight to a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business environment. The role suits a hands‑on finance professional who is as comfortable building models as they are influencing strategic decisions.
