Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial reporting for management and statutory purposes including valuations EV VNB and solvency calculations
• Oversee asset‑liability management and experience analyses
• Ensure robust actuarial governance and compliance with regulatory standards
• Drive strategic input into budgeting profitability management and risk monitoring
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple markets
• Provide leadership talent development and succession planning within the actuarial function

Qualifications

• Fellow of an Actuarial Society (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in financial services
• Extensive experience in IFRS 17 valuations EV VNB and solvency frameworks
• Proven track record in managing complex life insurance environments
• Deep understanding of life insurance actuarial valuations and products
• Strong technical analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
