To implement the Business Banking value proposition and life journeys at a local market level.

To be accountable for client coverage, business client relationships, and associated financial and non-financial outcomes aligned to the strategic value drivers.

Accountable for the delivery of Standard Bank Group (SBG) and 3rd party products and services to this segment through the client engagement platform.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Business Commerce Degree (FAIS recognised)
  • 8-10 years significant coverage and branch banking experience as well as experience in managing a portfolio of business banking clients
  • Experience in managing an income statement and balance sheet
  • Understanding of digital, open banking and platform integration
