Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a hotel/hospitality environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, Afrikaans, and preferably a third language.
• Demonstrates integrity, dependability, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance from a job-card system.
• Assist students with maintenance requests.
• Manage and assist sub-contractors onsite.
• Be available after hours for maintenance issues.
• Operate the maintenance tracking system electronically.

• Relevant courses or experience in basic handy man skills
• At least 1 year experience in a hotel/hospitality environment
• Must have strong verbal communication skills in English, Afrikaans and preferably a 3rd language;

Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive and execute maintenance from a job – card system
• Assist students with maintenance as and when required
• Manage and assist sub-contractors onsite
• Be available after hours and on weekends to assist with maintenance issuesAssist the team with site walks to execute the noise protocol
• Good stock taking and stock management skills
• Operate the maintenance tracking system electronically (phone APP)
• Assist Community function team when required
• Follow operational protocol
