Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role (preferably in food production/FMCG).
• Strong hands-on technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and basic hydraulics.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills (quotations, job cards, tracking systems, emails).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Valid Drivers License and own reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all site maintenance operations.
• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and manage after-hours breakdowns.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and accurate records.
• Ensure proper function and servicing of machinery and infrastructure.
• Manage external contractors and service providers.
