Insurance Portfolio Growth Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team in growing our short-term insurance portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams, building relationships with brokers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and grow the panel of brokers.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volumes, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, clients, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English (both written and spoken), possess strong analytical skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
