The Role

We need a tech‑savvy, hands‑on, strong attention to detail person who genuinely cares about others. Mentoring, helping others, being collaborative while being able to handle a very fast paced environment. This role will change daily if not hourly. Full support, training and mentoring will be provided but we need excellent communicators (both verbal and written English skills). A good sense of humour and someone who enjoys being part of a winning team would be ideal. You’ll be an integral part of a lean, fast-moving team where "that’s not my job" isn't in our vocabulary.

What you’ll be doing

• The role requires robust written and verbal communication skills to successfully engage with candidates across all professional levels.
• Utilising modern ATS platforms, AI tools, and social platforms to find the "hidden" talent others miss.
• Maintaining a high bar for attention to detail - from spotting a typo in a CV to ensuring our data entry is spotless.
• Staying flexible - you’re happy to jump in and help the team with whatever needs doing to get the win.

What you need

• You have at least 3 years (ideally 5) experience in smaller company trenches. You know how to handle a high‑pressure environment, how to triage as to what is a priority and what can wait a bit, how to ask for help when you need it while at the same always being kind and supportive to all business stakeholders - internal and external.
• While we appreciate academic achievements, we have equally high regard for real life experience. We want someone who has learned through doing, solved real problems, and understands how businesses actually work.
• You are comfortable with technology. This position is very high tech, the organisation is focussed on continuous improvement.
• You care about people and find enjoyment in mentoring and helping others
• A willingness to get the job done and help others with tasks no matter how small.
• We discourage overtime but every now and again there may be a need to take a call after 5pm for a few minutes.
• We are hoping to hire someone with a natural drive to see things through to completion.
