Job summary

A medical group in Sandton is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team. Reporting directly to the Financial Manager, the successful candidate will manage full function accounting, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. The role requires a B/Bpt or relevant NFQ 7 financial degree and 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in the Medical or Pharmaceutical sectors, with a possibility for a permanent position after a temporary contract.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years experience as an Accountant.
• Experience in Medical/Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Financial Manager.
• Compile management accounts and perform reconciliations.
• Manage cash flow and oversee debtor and creditor accounts.
