Hotel Group Accountant – Multi-Property Portfolio

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Hotel Group Accountant to manage the finances across multiple hotel properties within our client's group. This is a key role, reporting directly to the owners and GMs, and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage accounting operations across all hotel properties
  • Prepare detailed and timely financial reports for owners and GMs
  • Monitor property-level performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Ensure consistent application of financial policies and controls across properties
  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes
  • Coordinate with property finance teams and support them as needed
  • Handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality accounting, with exposure to multiple properties
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
