We are seeking an exceptional Group Finance Manager to lead financial operations across our organization of 9 independent entities.
This high-impact strategic role partners with executive leadership to drive financial excellence, implement group-wide standards, and provide insights that shape our business decisions.
Financial Leadership – Oversee consolidated financial reporting and management accounts across all 9 entities.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.
Drive month-end and year-end close procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
Strategic Impact – Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision‑making.
Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business growth initiatives.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement across the group.
Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, and strategic investments.
Multi-Entity Coordination – Manage inter-company transactions, eliminations, and complex reconciliations.
Implement standardized financial policies, procedures, and controls across all entities.
Drive group-wide financial systems implementation and technology solutions.
Build strong relationships with finance teams across the organization.
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Drive capability building and knowledge sharing across entities.
Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (or higher).
8-10 years of progressive finance experience with 4-5 years at senior management level.
Proven track record managing multi-entity financial operations and consolidations.
Expert knowledge of IFRS / GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills.
Experience with consolidation software (OneStream, SAP BPC, Hyperion, etc.).
Strong understanding of tax, treasury, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Strategic thinking – Translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
Leadership – Influence at executive level and drive change across diverse entities.
