The Graduate Account Executive will work closely with the Business Development and Coaching teamsto support client relationships, identify new opportunities, and coordinate impactful programmes for top organisations across South Africa.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the sales and business development process: research, outreach, and proposal preparation
• Assist in managing client relationships and programme logistics
• Collaborate with coaches and facilitators to ensure smooth delivery of sessions and workshops
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and internal projects
• Learn directly from experienced business coaches in a supportive, purpose-driven environment

Who you are:

• You’re a recent graduate (or final-year student) in Business, Marketing, Communications or Psychology.
• You’re curious aboutleadership, human performance, and personal growth
• You’re a strong communicator – organised, proactive, and eager to learn
• You’re passionate about working with people and making a meaningful impact
