Global Logistics Account Coordinator (Remote, Offshore)

We are a non-asset-based Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company specializing in moving and logistics, with a predominant focus on the retail and luxury retail sectors.

We handle complex, high-value commodity shipments—including furniture, fixtures, flooring, and lighting—for very large brands (e.g., fashion, fitness brands, luxury goods).

Our business facilitates the flow of international imports and exports in and out of the US by serving as the essential link between clients, carriers, and destinations.

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and self-managed professional to join our team, focusing on the coordination and project management of our inbound international volume.

This growth-focused position is intended to support our existing client-facing account management team.

You will serve as a crucial link, partnering closely with our domestic and offshore origin teams to ensure commodities flow exactly where they need to be.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives without micromanagement, is ready to run their own desk, thinks strategically, and ensures high-quality tracking and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Flow Management: Manage the complex flow of international imports and exports in and out of the US, ensuring commodities reach their required destinations.
  • Tracking & Administration: Own tracking, administration, and project-management follow-up for international flows, including all necessary allocations.
  • Internal Partnership: Collaborate with origin teams (offshore) to manage and facilitate the import process.
  • Client & External Coordination: Work seamlessly with clients, internal teams, and external partners to manage logistics projects.
  • Daily Account Management: Facilitate day-to-day client needs, including processing client requests and orders.
  • Coordination & Project Management: Manage client orders and fulfillments with a high degree of project management and coordination.
  • Autonomy: Work independently and manage your own workload without requiring close supervision.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience in global logistics, including international import and export processes (OSM experience preferred).
  • B2B Background: Experience in a B2B environment; logistics involving retail / luxury retail, furniture, fixtures, flooring, and lighting is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Smartsheet and Excel.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-managed, and highly responsible.
