A leading firm in health and safety in South Africa is seeking a Health, Safety, and Security Manager. This role involves developing and implementing health, safety, and security strategies, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and leading initiatives that safeguard personnel and assets. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in industrial settings, along with strong leadership skills and knowledge of international safety standards.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in health, safety, and/or security leadership roles, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, mining, or chemicals environments.
• Strong knowledge of international safety standards and security protocols.
• Proven experience managing contractors, emergency response, and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's Health, Safety and Security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for health, safety and security integration.
• Monitor and report on injury rates, lost time incidents, and leading indicators.
