WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
  • Overall Business Operations – Overseeing all daily operations across every department, setting and tracking KPIs, ensuring collaboration across silos, solving problems before they become disasters, and reporting to the founders on business performance.
  • HR Department Oversight – Managing recruitment and hiring, onboarding and training, performance reviews and development, handling HR issues and keeping the team happy, and maintaining company culture.
  • Finance Department Oversight – Managing budgets and financial planning, reviewing reports, making smart money decisions, overseeing payroll, expenses, cash flow, and finding ways to increase profits.
  • Marketing & Sales – Overseeing strategy and execution, managing the sales pipeline, ensuring alignment, tracking acquisition, retention, and growing the business through smart tactics.
  • Operations Department Oversight – Ensuring client work is delivered on time and budget, overseeing project management, building scalable systems, tracking satisfaction, and eliminating bottlenecks.
  • Strategic Leadership – Working with founders to set direction, turning ideas into action, managing growth sustainably, and scaling the team.

THE POSITION PACKAGE

Salary Range: R45, – R55, per month.

Work Hours: 8am – 5pm.

Location: Remote with in‑person meetings in Dainfern, Fourways (at least twice monthly).
