General Attendant

Fixed Term Contract

Responsibilities

• Working in the Housekeeping Department, you will strive to give our guests a WOW experience by exceeding their expectations through warm, friendly, personalised service, product consistency, and care for their well-being throughout their stay.
• As our General Attendant, you will ensure that guest rooms and public areas of the Hotel are cleaned and linens are restocked, ensuring the Hotel is maintained to the highest presentation.
• Part of your role will be sorting, washing, folding laundry, and removing stains from items with appropriate procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• With matric or equivalent certificate, you have 1 year’s experience in the same or/and similar position and can work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• You have an excellent attendance and performance track record with a can-do attitude and follow through on actions promptly with minimum supervision.
• Your tenacity and the ability to perform in a fast-moving environment will see you far in this role.
• You come with a set of key competencies, including a service-oriented mindset, the ability to take the initiative, demonstrate cooperation in team settings, show adaptability to changing situations, and possess a sense of dutifulness towards assigned responsibilities.
