Day to day as a Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at Wisper ISP you will collaborate closely with Business Partners Product Owners Project Managers Subject Matter Experts and other key stakeholders to deliver innovative customer-centric solutions to a variety of technical challenges. Your role will involve performing detailed technical analyses and refining system or application requirements to ensure seamless implementation. You will support Product Owners in troubleshooting issues and developing solutions for bugs and one-off feature requests.

Additionally you will serve as the technical lead on larger projects guiding the team through complex tasks. Your active participation in sprint sessions including planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives will contribute to a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

To excel in the Full Stack Developer position at Wisper ISP candidates must possess a strong technical foundation including a High School Diploma or equivalent. A deep understanding of PHP MySQL JavaScript HTML and CSS is crucial with a demonstrated 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in each of these areas. Successful candidates will be adept at delivering technical solutions and refining system requirements while maintaining regular and predictable attendance. Furthermore candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring visa sponsorship either now or in the future.

This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving effective collaboration with team members and a commitment to continuous learning in a rapidly evolving field.
