Overview

We arerecruiting for a French Customer Service Representative based in Cape Town to join our team,3 months in office and Hybrid thereafter.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support by telephone, chat, and email

  • Take purchase orders
  • Provide information about the status of orders
  • Process complaints
Requirements
  • Native or C1/C2 French speaker and fluent English read, write, and speak
  • Comfortable with working with computers and different programs

  • Strong communication skills

Salary: Market related

Shifts

Rotational between8am to 5pm or 11am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and every alternativeSaturday 8am to 5pm.

First 4 to 8 weeks Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
