A customer service provider based in Cape Town is seeking a French Customer Service Representative. In this hybrid role, you will provide exceptional support through various channels. Ideal candidates are native or fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction. The position includes a rotational shift schedule and aims to create a diverse workplace.
We arerecruiting for a French Customer Service Representative based in Cape Town to join our team,3 months in office and Hybrid thereafter.
Salary: Market related
Rotational between8am to 5pm or 11am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and every alternativeSaturday 8am to 5pm.
First 4 to 8 weeks Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
