Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s Degree in Business Administration and / or any relevant area.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including Zendesk admin / configuration: Setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation; Managing groups, roles, and permissions; Configuring multiple departments or business units within a single Zendesk instance (multi-brand / multi-department setup).
• Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above.

You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
